Special training – programs are not needed. Exercises of technologies for soccer (receiving and taking with the ball, dribblings a.s.o.) are recommended.
If receiving and taking with the ball are automated well you should extend the training on further technical ball – exercises.
During the training you schould watch your body; the upper part should mostly be straight up. The trainer will easily see that and improve it - when needed.
The first use of Kre-Go is specially recommended in the so called “golden learning-years” at the age between 9 and 14 years. At this age young people are able to learn things in a “playing” way: they easily learn - and this for their whole life.
All they learn and automate during these years they have got on call for their whole life.
